Our focus in this paper is in the evolution of the quantitative part of the model which represents the CPTs of the model. Population of the CPTs however is difficult. When the networks are small it is possible to consult SMEs to define the CPT values. However this is not an easy task since domain experts are difficult to find and most of the times they do not reach a consensus due to bias and preoccupations.
